Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada.

After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during checkout. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please verify the email address linked to your order and check your Spam/Trash folder, as your email service provider may have automatically redirected it there.

Shipping typically takes 1-2 business days but can extend up to 5 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing a tracking number for your package. Delivery times may vary depending on the size and weight of the package, as well as USPS operations.

Please note that once your order is shipped and handed over to the post office, it is no longer under my control. I am not responsible for shipping errors resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or for any costs or damages associated with such errors.

I am not accepting Custom Orders at this time.

At this time, we do not accept cancellations.

Non-defective items may be returned within 30 days, subject to a 10% restocking fee. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in new condition with their tags intact. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Please note that all final sale items are non-returnable and considered final.

The colors of the actual products may differ from those displayed on your monitor. While I strive to edit the photos to depict the samples as realistically as possible, be aware that the true colors of the product may slightly deviate from what you see on your screen. I cannot guarantee a perfect representation of the product's true colors.

Keep in mind that color intensity or shades may vary depending on the settings of the device used for viewing. If you have any doubts about the colors shown in the photos, please feel free to contact me.

Electronic delivery of gift cards, as outlined during payment, will occur within 24 hours of receiving payment.

There is no expiration date for gift cards.
